First you have to do an online inquiry, where you give us your idea what you want.
After you sent us your online inquiry, we will look at your inquiry an send you an offer per E-mail. Normal it takes 48h before we have looked at your inquiry.
If you then accept the offer you mail or phone us and say that you accept the offer.
Then we send you an ordermail, where we confirm your order.
There you will find your order number and our Bank data for. You have to transfer the money to our account. ( Please do not forget to write your order number in the bank transfer subject.)
After we received the money in our account, we will send you a confirmation email that we received the money and directly start with the production of your order. With e-mail we also send you the invoice of the commodities that you paid for (as PDF).
After 2 to 3 weeks you will receive the commodities.

Delivery cost

The deilivery cost are individual calcultated for each order.

Payment

When a quotation is accepted this have to be paid via bank-transfer(IBAN). Invoice payment after agreement.

Print colours

When you upload your image we usually see what colours that there is on the printing.
The colour chart is PANTONE solid coated, write what colour there is and if possible the number of the colour.

Tape colours

The colour of the tape is limited to our standard stock at the moment we have ca. 130 colours. Please look at the Info ribbon -> Satin ribbon colour cart. You can also send an Pantone colour number an we try to find the most matching colour from our ribbon. When your order is over 20000 meter there is the possibility to become an qustomed ribbon colour, in that case please contact us.

Printing length

The length for the printing is 237 mm and then the printing repeats.

Resolution

Resolution refers to the number of dots per inch (dpi), or the amount of detail the image has. Most documents prepared for upload should be at 100% of the final print size. Higher resolution means a more detailed image, and also larger file and longer upload time.

VAT

In accordance to the e-trade agreement regarding value added-tax (VAT) for "on-line services" (Council directive 2002/38/EC) the Swedish VAT proposition on 25% is used. This is valid on all purchases made within the EU since Imageribbon.com is based in Sweden. Companies showing their EU VAT number will be accepted from the VAT fee.

I have forgotten my password. How do I recive an new password?

Go to the page forgot password, write your Email that you used from you last shopping or inquiry. Press “send”, we will then send your password to your email address.
