Do I need an email address?

You must have a valid email address since the order processing and most of our services are completely accomplished via email.

How do I order?

You can place your order directly on our homepage and select material, printing process, ribbon length, ribbon color, font color, text and order quantity by using our online configurator. Once you have made your selection you will instantly get a price quote. If you order a completely custom designed product you can upload your template file with your own artwork or logo right after you have made your selection. What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 500 meters.

Why is my shopping cart empty although I have just added a product?

Your webbrowser doesn`t accept cookies. We use session-cookies for temporarily saving data, such as shopping cart data. We have to use session cookies to be able to process your data. For your information: We don`t save any cookies permanently on your harddrive. The cookies will be automatically deleted, once you have completed your order.

How can I solve that problem
  1. Open your webbrowser (Internet Explorer) to adjust your security setting
  2. Select from menu bar: Tools > Internet Options > Security
  3. Use the slide control to adjust the privacy settings
  4. You should adjust the privacy settings medium or low. Then the session cookies will be accepted.
  5. Click OK. Now you should be able to add products to your shopping cart.

How much does my product cost?

You will get an instant quote once you have completed your selection by using our online configurator.

Do the shop prices include VAT?

In accordance to the e-trade agreement regarding value added-tax (VAT) for "on-line services" (Council directive 2002/38/EC) the German VAT proposition on 19% is used. This is valid on all purchases made within the EU since namensbaender.de is based in Germany. Companies showing their EU VAT number will be accepted from the VAT fee.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are individually calculated for each order and will be displayed on the online configurator once you have made your selection.

What colors do you offer for printing?

Simply choose your desired colors! We use the Pantone Color System (solid coated) which allows us to virtually print any color. If you have uploaded a file with your own logo you can either tell us the number of the particular Pantone color or we will use the printing colors from our Pantone palette that perfectly match your design colors.

What ribbon colors are available?

Choose your desired color from our wide ribbon color palette, offering more than 130 colors.

Are there any templates to use for my layout?

Yes, we have templates to use for your layout. Using ourtemplates to create or embed your logo ensures proper resolution and measurements of your design. Afterwards you can either upload your file or directly send it to us via email. Before print approval we will recheck your file and immediately contact you if any adjustments are necessary.

At what resolution should I upload my layout?

Resolution refers to the number of dots per inch (dpi), or the sharpness and clarity of an image. Please upload your layout at 300 dpi resolution.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept the following file formats:

I can`t log in

First you need a customer account to log in. If you are already registered but still can`t log in you probably have used a wrong email address or an invalid password.

I have used a wrong or invalid email address

Send an email to Contact containing both the non valid and the correct email address. Please also state the number of your current order. If you don`t remember your order number send us your address so we can locate you in our customer database and adjust your email-adress.

I have forgotten my password

If you don`t remember your password you can send a request by specifying your customer account email address.
